Swedish Massage
Our Swedish Massage is the classic foundation of relaxation. Using long, flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle circular movements, this modality is designed to energize the body and improve overall health.
BTH Signature Session
Experience the full scope of what Back to Healing has to offer. This signature treatment is fully customized, allowing your therapist to blend multiple modalities into a single seamless session.
Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to Swedish massage but with firm to deep pressure, this session targets the classic problem areas where stress accumulates. Special emphasis is on the upper back, neck, shoulders, low back, and hips.
Medical Massage
Drawing on our expertise in injury recovery, the Medical Massage session focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
Sports Massage
This targeted, clothed session is designed for athletes and active individuals to optimize performance and accelerate recovery. The focus is on increasing range of motion, correcting muscle imbalances, and preparing muscles for activity or aiding in post-event recovery.
Prenatal Massage
A specialized and nurturing session designed to address the unique discomforts of pregnancy. This massage focuses on alleviating lower back pain, reducing hip tension, and easing swelling in the hands and feet, including a supportive prenatal bolster.
Geriatric Massage
Designed specifically for the comfort and safety of clients aged 70 and older. This session uses light, gentle techniques to address age-related issues, increase comfort, and promote a sense of well-being. Clients 70 and older receive a $10 discount on this specialized session.

With a commitment to continuous education, Jesse completes 48-50 continuing education credits each year, ensuring he remains at the forefront of the industry. His passion for mentoring aspiring massage therapists shines through as he bridges the gap between corrective exercises and relaxation techniques. By focusing on posture correction and pampering, he aims to reset the nervous system and promote healing in a comprehensive way.
