This is our most requested session for residents in the Coconino County area seeking a truly bespoke experience. Your therapist will perform a brief initial assessment to determine which combination of modalities—ranging from myofascial release to energetic work—will best serve your body’s current state. No two Signature Sessions are identical, as they evolve alongside your personal healing journey.

History & Philosophy

The Back To Healing Signature Session was developed by Jesse Joos to move away from the "one-size-fits-all" approach of franchise spas. Drawing from Jesse’s background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and his personal journey through spinal recovery, this session represents the clinical synthesis of various healing traditions. It is designed for the client who requires a nuanced, multi-layered approach to wellness.

By blending techniques, we address both the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. You receive the stress-reducing benefits of rhythmic stroke work alongside the corrective benefits of targeted clinical pressure. This holistic approach helps reset the body’s "fight or flight" response while physically lengthening chronically shortened tissues, making it the ideal choice for total body recalibration.
