Deep Tissue evolved from a need to address more than just the superficial layers of skin and muscle. It focuses on the "sub-surface" layers of the body. Our approach in Flagstaff emphasizes the areas most taxed by our local lifestyle: the neck and shoulders (from office work) and the low back and hips (from our active mountain culture).
